Embarking on therapy might appear overwhelming. To decide on whether or not to move forward, I encourage you to reflect on these 3 pivotal questions…..
To what extent has this issue impacted your life negatively on a scale of 1 to 10?
How crucial is it to improve (rate 1 to 10)?
How committed are you in putting in the thought work in order to improve (rate 1-10)?
Scores above 5 on two or three of these metrics indicate a readiness for transformation.
You've acknowledged the need for change and are willing to invest effort in getting better.
Let’s chat some more.
Warm regards,
Sophia Raja MSW/RSW

After much thought, I have decided to offer online appointments (for now)
using the secure Jane app.
My clients report that it’s convenient and comfortable.Virtual therapy offers advantages like eliminating travel and familiar environments.
I recognize that it may not be suitable for everyone.
Kindly consider your individual needs.
